The NHS pay ballot is now live, and it’s time to make your voice heard. This is your chance to vote on the revised NHS Scotland pay offer.

The NHS Scotland pay offer includes:
•A 5.5% pay rise on all Agenda for Change pay grades and allowances.
•The increase is effective from 1 April 2024.
•The pay uplift will also apply to those covered by the Two Tier Agreement.
